Hope you and your family had a happy holiday season.
We haven’t spoken in a long time. Those were the good times when we often met at the Chamber meetings… and we talked about the similarities between Brazil and Australia. It’s good to get back in touch with you.
Maybe you already know that I’m working in Real Estate; and I am satisfied with the results. 2023 is expected to be a weaker year for the sector, as property prices are falling back to pre-pandemic levels. Meanwhile, I’m working on a new marketing project.
This month, the B&B stopped circulating for 1 year. In this interval, I realized the importance that the newspaper has for readers. There were 27 years of information that gave credibility and loyalty to the brand. You know what I’m referring to. After all, you are part of this history.
In 2022, I organized the listing of more than 8,000 subscribers. I managed to filter 4,000 active email addresses. I sent out messages with news from the Brazilian community and noticed a strong engagement from people. There is, here, a niche market to be explored. I have an idea that I will present to only 10 clients/friends of the B&B newspaper; and you were chosen.
